Grutas de Cacahuamilpa

Grutas de Cacahuamilpa is one of the most visited National Parks in Mexico. The park was built on an approximate area of ​​1,598.26 hectares in the north of the Guerrero area and falls under the municipal region of Pilcaya and Taxco de Alarcón. Grutas de Cacahuamilpa was declared as a National Park in 1936 and open for common visitors. “Cacahuamilpa” means in the peanut seabed and the area of the park is ideal for growing peanuts.
