Over the years, Basko has repeatedly been the Bulgarian ski resort hosting the FIS Ski World Cup. This year, the festival returns to Borovets, where it all started 5 years earlier. With over 90 classes and workshops and 25+ teachers to choose from, live music is surrounded every night by the majestic Rila Mountains. The Rose Festival has been organized annually for more than 115 years and is held in Kazanlak, which is part of the Rose Valley. This popular summer festival in Bulgaria celebrates Bulgaria’s deep relationship with Rosa Damascena – the Bulgarian oil-bearing rose.
