Rīga Evangelical Lutheran Church of the Cross is a Lutheran Church in Latvia, founded in 1523, making it the oldest Lutheran church in Latvia and one of the oldest Lutheran churches in the world. The church was originally located in Old Rīga close to the Dome Cathedral but relocated to its current location in 1621. It is a noted example of the Baroque architectural style and was designed by German architect Johann Burger in 1754.
