Kostel sv. Salvátora In Czechia is a landmark Gothic church located in the historical center of Prague, Czech Republic. Its full name is Kostel sv. Salvátora na Starém Městě (Church of Saint Savior on the Old Town). It was built in the late 14th century and is the most distinguished Gothic building in Prague. The church is noted for its elaborate carving and decoration, both inside and out, and there are a number of works of art, including the sculptured reliefs of the Life of the Savior by Peter Parler and a medieval painting of the Madonna and Child. Kostel sv. Salvátora In Czechia also houses a Baroque organ, a statue of St. Salvators, two side chapels, and a well-preserved cloister. The church is open to the public and offers services in both Czech and English.
