Gaborone Central Adventist Church (GCAC) was started in May of 1975, the same year Gaborone became the capital of Botswana. The church was started in a small two room house located in Extension 6. Since then the church has grown exponentially in numbers, and in early 2011 moved to its current location at the Gaborone International Commerce Park.
