The Cashback is paid by bank transfer or through PayPal between 30 and 60 days after the property has confirmed the guest has completed their stay.

Bank details can be updated/added to the account from Payment section.

e.g. If you want to add your bank details for Canada please add the following information in your paument Setupr:

  • Bank Name
  • Bank Code (Transit number) 0 xxx yyyyy where xxx are the first three numbers of the bank code and yyyyy are the first five numbers of the branch code
  • Bank Country
  • SWIFT code
  • Beneficiary Name
  • Account number

When your claim the Cashback from booking section. Our representative verify the booking information and confirm the details with Property (e.g. Booked Stay with Hotel). Then after The Cashback is paid by bank transfer or through PayPal between 30 and 60 days after the property has confirmed the guest has completed their stay. Kindly note that the cancelled booking does not come under Cashback claims.

Your Cashback is paid via bank transfer or PayPal, one month after the property has confirmed the guest has completed their stay.
Transfers are made on a monthly basis, as long as your stay is confirmed.
Take as an example a reservation made on January 30th 2018, with check out date April 23rd 2018:a. The accommodation confirms the month after check-out date that the reservation has been stayed and you will see the confirmed status of Casback for the reservation on the booking history section no later than June 2018.

b. At the beginning of each month, a credit transfer is issued for all the booking comes under stayed status.
c. Please note that it may take 4-5 working days to reach your account, especially in case of international transfers.

If you are eligible for payment, we will create and send you a credit slip at the beginning of the month in your e-mail ID. It will show reservation and Cashback information, including the total amount that will be paid out.
You should receive payment in the last week of that same month.

No, we create credit slips that we send to you by email, these documents are the equivalent of an invoice.
No, We process (international) bank transfers in EUR, USD, INR or GBP only. The default currency we use for the payment is INR.
For PayPal payments, we only support INR but you can withdraw the money in the currency of choice.

We have two payment options:

a. Direct bank transfer in the following currencies: Indian Rupees, Euros, US Dollars.
b. PayPal: Please note that for PayPal payments, transfers are only possible in INR but you will be able to withdraw in any currency of your preference.

There could be a few reasons why your payment failed:

  • Bank details are incorrect or incomplete
  • Usage of a non-verified PayPal account
  • Usage of non-Latin characters in payment details
  • The bank is not able to receive certain currencies
  • Usage of correspondent bank (not allowed)
